Can you walk up to the Green Monster?
Typically, you'll get to touch the Green Monster and go inside it, right behind the scoreboard. You may even get to go up and sit in the Green Monster seats.
Whether you're headed to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game, a concert, or one of the many events hosted at this historic baseball park every year, the T can get you there—and help you avoid traffic. It can get crowded on game days, so be sure to plan ahead.
Fenway Park gates open 90 minutes prior to game time for all games. Get there early to enjoy all of the excitement! Red Sox Nation members with a valid game ticket are eligible to watch batting practice from atop the Green Monster.
The GREEN LINE D is the first Subway that goes to Fenway Park in Boston.
It was worth the money. First row, one can look down and see the Green Monster wall. We had metal round seats with a back, and there was a counter in front so one can put food/drinks/arms on it. There was enough legroom, and there was decent space with your neighbor so that you won't knock legs.

Ticket prices on opening day for Green Monster seats range from $150 to $550. The Red Sox are again using a "dynamic pricing" model for those seats, where ticket costs are determined by factors like the game date, opponent and weather.
The absolute best way to get to Fenway is to take the subway (known locally as the “T”) to Kenmore Square off the Green Line. Make your way to the Park Street station and you can take any train on the Green Line except for the E train.
Public transit can be the easiest, most convenient, and least expensive way to get to Fenway. Fenway Park is conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation. It is just around the corner from the Kenmore T station.
Where is the best place to park at Fenway Park? We recommend finding a parking facility on a two-way street, such as 1350 Boylston St. or 180 Brookline Ave., to make it easier to navigate post-game traffic.
Cashless Payment System
Credit and debit cards, in addition to touch payments such as Apple Pay, will now be the required payment form for concessions.
What should I wear to Fenway Park?
For day games I suggest either wearing a light cotton dress or comfortable shorts with sunglasses and a Red Sox baseball cap! When dressing for day games you should focus on finding pieces that are breathable because it gets hot! I pack a refreshing facial spray and sunscreen to combat the heat and sun exposure.
Backpacks, drawstring bags, duffel bags, tote bags, oversized purses, and other similar style bags are NOT permitted. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags and bags containing essential medical equipment. All bags will be subject to search as referenced above.

Take the Red Line Inbound to Park St. Then take the B, C, or D train to Kenmore. *3) *When exiting the station, follow the signs to Fenway Park, then turn left on Commonwealth Ave, left on Brookline Ave, and Fenway Park is just over the bridge.
Parking fees range from $40 and up for game day parking to $5 hourly rates, depending on the capacity of each parking garage or lot. Guests can also find metered parking on Beacon Street.
In our opinion, absolutely. There's no better tour for understanding the culture of Boston (much of which revolves around sports and the love for their city) and the fascinating history of baseball than at Fenway Park.

I just wanted to mention that all seats at monster jam are great! You can see everything up there. Some people prefer sitting up high. Seats down low are great for being up close, but you can't always see everything.
The Ultimate Monster experience, simply put, will leave your guests in awe. Enjoy your very own private seating section atop Fenway's most popular attraction -- the Green Monster!

The individual seats weren't introduced until the late 1970's and the Boston Red Sox decided to finally paint the seat red in 1984. The lone red seat is located in section 42, row 37, seat 21 at Fenway Park. Today, the seat is often visited by Red Sox fans who wish to have their picture taken while sitting in it.
Are Green Monster seats bleachers?
They are metal seats.
Comprising yet another quirk, a ladder is attached to the Green Monster, extending from near the upper-left portion of the scoreboard, 13 feet (4.0 m) above ground, to the top of the wall. Previously, members of the grounds crew would use the ladder to retrieve home run balls from the netting hung above the wall.
The green monster is 3 rows of actual stool seats with a bar in front of you. The 4th "row" is the same bar you can lean on but there are no seats.
Sure, the Monster is just over 35 feet tall, but it stands only 310 feet from home plate. Thus, a 370-foot or longer homer with a decent launch angle would clear it.
